Breakfast
Our buffet breakfasts always include homemade granola, fresh fruit and yoghurt along with a main dish like French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausages, and a variety of eggs dishes including quiches, frittatas, and eggs Benedict.
Après Ski
At the end of each powder day guests enjoy homemade hot soups and an appetizer in the lodge. Aprés Ski delicacies include hand-rolled sushi, artisan B.C cheeses and cured Meats, designer pizzas, sticky hoisin-glazed pork short ribs, and southern-fried chicken wings with buttermilk ranch dip.
Dinner
Baldface guests enjoy gourmet meals prepared by our head chef, Kelly Densmore, who makes sure portions are plentiful for big mountain appetites.
Focusing on seasonal and local suppliers, we use organic ingriedients when available. We proudly prepare fresh, in-house pasta weekly.
Menu items include:
Grilled triple-A beef tenderloin with a crimini mushroom cream, fresh parpadelle noodles and baby vegetables
Rack of pork with Puy lentils, Granny Smith apple purée and mashed baby Yukon Gold potatoes
Wild Coho salmon served with lemon-thyme risotto, roasted root vegetables and crispy sage
Free range chicken breast served with gnocchi "alla Napoletana" tomato sauce and mozzarella di bufala with a sauté of rapini
Vegetarian entrées include:
Agedashi tofu, sticky rice and shitake sesame relish served with a fresh Napa slaw
Goat cheese packages with hazlenuts, red wine shallots and tomato vinaigrette, served with a stuffed portabello mushroom
Desserts
Prepared by our in-house pastry chef, desserts include decadant chocolate tortes, apple tarts with homemade cinnamon ice cream, and ginger lime cheesecake.
