Breakfast
Our buffet breakfasts always include homemade granola, fresh fruit and yoghurt along with a main dish like French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausages, and a variety of eggs dishes including quiches, frittatas, and eggs Benedict.Dessert Plating

Après Ski

At the end of each powder day guests enjoy homemade hot soups and an appetizer in the lodge. Appetizers include hand-rolled sushi, Thai spring rolls, and vegetable pot-stickers.

Dinner

Baldface guests enjoy gourmet meals prepared by our head chef, Mark Kohl, who makes sure portions are plentiful for big mountain appetites. Menu items include grilled BC wild salmon, New York strip loin with ginger wasabi fettuccine, halibut with crispy caper dressing, pork loin filled with apple sausage stuffing, and specialty dishes for vegetarians. Desserts are prepared by our in-house pastry chef and include chocolate tortes, apple tarts with homemade cinnamon ice cream, and ginger lime cheesecake.
